FLIRT 2027 takes place at a modern-suites oceanfront hotel on Isla Mujeres. For the privacy and safety of our guests, the hotel name is disclosed only upon booking confirmation. The property features ocean views, a 2,400 SF penthouse playroom, and resort-quality amenities — all exclusively reserved for Room 77 guests.
Couples Only
FLIRT 2027 is a couples-only lifestyle event. Threesomes and singles may be considered with prior approval, and a surcharge may apply. Connecting rooms are available. This is an inclusive, sex-positive, consent-forward community event.
Group Experience
Approximately 3 months before the event, all guests are added to a group chat to connect before arrival. The hotel goes clothing-optional at 3pm on check-in day. Expect an intimate, welcoming community of 150–200 people who are there for the same reason you are. The crowd is hot and the vibe is even hotter.
Cancellation Policy
- By May 31, 2026: Full refund minus fees
- June 1 – Sept 1, 2026: 50% refund minus fees
- Sept 2 – Nov 1, 2026: 25% refund minus fees
- After Nov 2, 2026: $500 credit toward a future Room 77 event (expires March 1, 2028)
